Ideal offers its customers 24/7 telephone support under the Annual Maintenance Agreement.
Included Features
- Support available 24 hours a day 7 days a week
- Guaranteed average maximum response time of one hour
- Up to one hour of no-charge support time per month
- Automatic notification of, and entitlement to, all upgrades and interim releases
- Bugs encountered on all client systems will be repaired in the current standard version of IdealWare and made available to clients on maintenance via interim releases
- No charge for time installing upgrades and interim releases of IdealWare
- Reduced hourly rates for Ideal's programmers and technicians for all services not covered by this program
